How many guest can the venue host?

60 Guest.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Certainly, you can provide your own alcohol, but it requires a one-time event insurance policy. It's essential to have a licensed bartender to handle the service. Please be aware that the sale of alcohol is prohibited.

Can we bring outside food, hire caterers, or a DJ?

Yes! All are welcome in the venue. Please note that we do not have a kitchen or fridge available to clean dishes & store food.

Can I extend more time the day of my event? 

Yes, it is possible to extend your reservation time. Please check with the venue manager to confirm availability.


Can I Drop Off Items The Day Before?

Due to limited storage space at the venue, storing items on-site is not possible. We recommend scheduling ample time for both setup and breakdown to ensure a smooth and efficient event experience.

Does the $250 deposit go towards my final total rental?

Yes, absolutely. The $250 deposit is credited towards your final total rental cost. It serves as an initial payment, securing your booking while also contributing to the overall expense of renting our event space.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed with careful consideration for the planning involved in our reservations. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations. We encourage you to confirm your readiness to book before proceeding with your reservation.


When can we begin setting up for my event?

Your setup time begins at the time mentioned in the contracted rental agreement. Venue access aligns with the hours reserved. Please ensure to allocate sufficient time for both setup and breakdown when making your reservation.

Is Liability Insurance Required?

Event liability insurance is a requirement for all reservations. The coverage extends up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. A link will be provided for you to purchase day rental insurance, and prices typically range from $80 to $125. You can purchase event liability insurance using the link below:

Are tables and chairs included?

No, tables and chairs are not included. You can rent 8 rectangle tables and 48 chairs for $150.

When Can We Start Setting Up For Our Event?

Your setup time begins at the time mentioned in the contracted rental agreement. Venue access aligns with the hours reserved. Please ensure to allocate sufficient time for both setup and breakdown when making your reservation.

Can I change my event date?

Yes, you can change your event date if it is more than 30 days before your original reservation date. No other exceptions will be considered.

Is there a cleaning fee?

While the venue must be returned in a clean condition, you have the flexibility to choose. We offer an optional cleaning fee of $150, or you are welcome to handle the cleaning yourself. Rest assured, cleaning supplies will be provided for your convenience.


Can the space be used for classes? 

Yes, our venue is available to reserve Monday through Thursday at an hourly rate of $50.

Do you accept payment plans?

No, we do not accept payment plans. To secure your reservation, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 21 days before the event.
